Our Story

Greens To Go was created by our Executive Chef, Annie Somerville, with the intention of providing healthy grab and go options for our community, neighbors, and friends.

With original recipes – all inspired by her cookbooks – Greens To Go is devoted to celebrating vegetables from our farm, Green Gulch, and from local farmers. Most of all, Chef Annie truly believes that food should be incredibly nourishing and that after you enjoy a meal, you should feel great.

Over the last four decades, we have developed longstanding relationships with mission-driven farmers and organic farms; nurturing a practice around seasonality and serving ingredients at the absolute best moment and time.


Greens To Go is open Tuesday – Friday from 11:30 am – 8:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm. Our menu features select ‘classics’ from our 40 years of menus, covering all three Greens cookbooks.

Our menu is available for take-out or we welcome you to use DoorDash for delivery to your home or view of choice.
