Our Story

Greens To Go was created by our Executive Chef, Annie Somerville, with the intention of providing healthy grab and go options for our community, neighbors, and friends.

With original recipes – all inspired by her cookbooks – Greens To Go is devoted to celebrating vegetables from our farm, Green Gulch, and from local farmers. Most of all, Chef Annie truly believes that food should be incredibly nourishing and that after you enjoy a meal, you should feel great.

Over the last four decades, we have developed longstanding relationships with mission-driven farmers and organic farms; nurturing a practice around seasonality and serving ingredients at the absolute best moment and time.

Greens To Go is open Wednesday – Sunday from 11:30 am – 8:30 pm and features select ‘classic’ items from our dinner menu.

Our menu is available for take-out, picnics in the marina, or we welcome you to use Caviar to delivery our menus to a view of your home or view of choice.
