The wine program at Greens has been an important part of our identity since Dick Graff of Chalone Vineyards created the first list in 1979. Under the care of respected wine professionals Rick Jones and Chaylee Priete the list continued to evolve and expand. The list is currently under the direction of Mike Hale and the emphasis remains on small, high quality producers using sustainable vineyard practices from the west coast of the United States and Europe.
